Bonus for us- the four puzzles fit nicely under the glass on our coffee table, to enjoy for awhile :)No missing pieces, the included poster was very helpful, nice sturdy pieces were fully cut.I will say that we accidentally started with the hardest one, the water starters puzzles was definitely the hardest of the four, I'd say. If you want to ramp up the difficulty I'd say do the fire starters puzzle, then the evolutions, then the grass starters, then the water. That said, it was all fun for us adults, our kindergartner just definitely had an easier time with the fire and full evolution puzzles
